Aloha! I'm Dennis McGeary, Paint Fling's instructor and a professional artist in Hawaii. Education and experience has contributed to my skill as a painter and educator. The years of teaching private and public lessons have allowed me to offer methods that let you achieve a remarkable painting with considerable ease.
The paintings are skillfully created with speed and vibrant colors using various methods to apply the paint. Paint is manipulated in different areas using paint stirrers, sticks, and simple objects to create fantastic tropical beach scenes with waves and an essence of a volcano. You and the artist collaborate to create the artwork, taking turns applying the paint while wearing vinyl gloves and an apron. The process involves pouring, dripping, spraying, and brushing the colors to form a one-of-a-kind design that is wild and wonderful. The artwork is an original acrylic painting on smooth, sturdy panels. All supplies are provided, including non-toxic acrylic paint, panel, paint dispensers, easel, brushes, palettes, aprons, and guidance from a professional artist. You can help create your own two-part 16"x20", 18"x18", or 20"x20" painting as a souvenir from your creative endeavor, to give as a gift, or proudly hang in your home as decoration.
